I'm an Economist at the Bank of Italy in Rome, working in the Monetary Policy Division — DG Economics, Statistics and Research.
I received my Ph.D. from the European University Institute, in Florence, where I worked under the supervision of Russell Cooper and Andrea Ichino.
Research interests: My research focuses on monetary economics and the economics of payments. I combine the empirical analysis of granular data with structural modeling. During my PhD, I also worked on applied topics in demographic and family economics.
